Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Israeli public holidays, or other days on which our fulfillment partners are closed. Orders placed late on Friday or during Saturday may begin processing on Sunday.

Products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, primarily from facilities in China or another location shown or communicated for the order. As a result, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free for eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 10–30 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance, carrier disruption, peak periods, remote destinations, public holidays, weather, security events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. In unusual cases, delivery may take up to 60 calendar days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised dispatch period, or a material delay requires customer consent under applicable law, we will contact the customer and provide the legally required options, which may include accepting the delay or canceling for a refund.

Countries and service availability

We currently intend to ship to the United States, Israel, much of Europe, and other major destinations supported at checkout. The countries available in the checkout selector are the authoritative list at the time of purchase.

We do not ship to Russia or to destinations where carriers, sanctions, security conditions, war, payment restrictions, customs restrictions, or local law make reliable fulfillment unavailable. We may cancel and refund an order if delivery to the selected destination becomes unavailable.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, the customer will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take several business days to update after dispatch, especially while a parcel is transferred between international and local carriers.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders may be imported into the destination country and may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees.

Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them to the extent permitted by applicable law and provided they were disclosed before purchase. Laurel does not control charges imposed by local authorities or carriers. For destinations where applicable law requires taxes or duties to be included in the displayed or checkout price, Laurel will collect or display them as required.

Refusing a parcel because of customs charges may be treated as a refused delivery. Any refund may be reduced by actual outbound, return, customs, and handling costs where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost, or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived within the stated maximum estimate, contact  with the order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

A refund or replacement is not automatically issued when the first message is received because the carrier must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate. If the parcel is confirmed lost, or if applicable law otherwise requires a remedy, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other legally required solution.

Tracking shows “delivered”

If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered but it cannot be found, the customer should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any safe place identified by the carrier. Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing. We will request delivery evidence and open a carrier investigation.

The outcome will be determined using the carrier's evidence and applicable consumer law. This investigation process does not limit any non-waivable rights concerning delivery or transfer of risk.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after purchase and before fulfillment. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

If a parcel is lost, returned, or requires reshipment because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the actual resulting costs where permitted by law.

Unclaimed or refused parcels

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and collecting parcels within the carrier's holding period. Holding periods vary by carrier and destination; they are not guaranteed to be 7 or 14 days.

If an unclaimed or refused parcel is returned, any refund will normally be processed only after receipt at the authorized facility and may be reduced by actual outbound, return, customs, and handling costs where permitted by law.
