1. Overview

This website is operated by רייזברג יעקב, trading as Laurel. Throughout these Terms, “Laurel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator. These Terms govern access to meetlaurel.store, use of the website, and purchases made through it.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately. The appearance of colors may vary depending on the screen, lighting, photography, and production batch. Minor variations that do not make the item materially different from its description are not defects, subject to applicable law.

Any size guide is provided as a purchasing aid. Customers are responsible for reviewing the measurements before selecting a size. This does not limit rights relating to incorrect, defective, or misdescribed goods.

Products and offers may be changed or discontinued without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted.

4. Prices, currencies, and payment

Prices may be displayed in currencies supported by the website. The currency and final amount shown at checkout govern the transaction, subject to any clearly disclosed taxes, duties, or charges. A bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, discount, tax, or inventory errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation by Laurel

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, sanctions or delivery restrictions, abusive conduct, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or address when reasonably necessary.

6. Customer-requested cancellation and changes

Customers may request cancellation or changes within 24 hours after purchase. Requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. After dispatch, the order cannot normally be recalled, but mandatory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

7. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Processing, delivery, customs, tracking, address errors, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly provided. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and monitor carrier communications.

8. Accounts

Customers may be able to purchase as guests or create an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these Terms.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and end dates. Unless expressly permitted, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel a promotion or order affected by fraud, abuse, or an obvious technical error.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including branding, text, graphics, product photographs, videos, logos, designs, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Laurel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. You grant Laurel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content for operating and marketing the store, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, contains personal information, or violates these Terms. We will not condition an incentive on a positive review.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malware; interfere with security or operation; scrape or harvest data without authorization; impersonate another person; commit fraud; submit false payment disputes; or harass customers, staff, or third parties.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Privacy and electronic communications

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Marketing emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages will be sent only as permitted by law and the customer's choices. Customers may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message, although transactional order communications may still be sent.

15. Disclaimer

The website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laurel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Laurel against third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

18. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere, courts with lawful jurisdiction in Israel will have jurisdiction over disputes.

Before filing a claim, customers are encouraged to contact "laurel.support1@gmail.com" so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. This does not shorten or remove any legal deadline or mandatory right.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed will generally govern that order, unless a change is required by law. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
